What is the Card Concierge Service?

It’s a personalized service where we help you track down specific cards and/or slabs you’re searching for.

Does it cost anything to submit a request?

No — submitting a request is completely free.

Do you guarantee you’ll find the card?

No — we can't guarantee we will find the card meeting the exact criteria you provide, but we will do our absolute best. Availability depends on market conditions. Some cards are easier to find than others. 

How do I know what I’m paying for?

Before you approve anything, you’ll receive:

  • Photos or scans

  • Condition notes

  • Pricing details

  • Any sourcing fees

You’re always in control.

Do I have to buy the card if you find it?

No. You can decline any option we present.  

When do I pay?

Only after you approve the quote. Payment must be completed before delivery.

Can you guarantee a grading outcome?

No — only professional graders can. We’ll give you our best professional assessment, but grading companies make the final call.

Where do you source cards from?

Trusted collectors, vendors, marketplaces, and in‑person events. We always act in your best interest.

Can I cancel my request?

Yes — anytime before you approve a purchase.
