Card Concierge Policy
At Grant’s Gradables, our mission is simple: help collectors find the cards they love while treating every customer with honesty, respect, and kindness. Our Card Concierge Service is designed to make the hunt easier, more transparent, and a whole lot more fun.
Below is our full policy so you always know exactly how the process works.
How the Service Works
You tell us what you’re looking for — a specific card, a graded slab, a certain set, or even a “holy grail” piece. We search our network of trusted collectors, vendors, marketplaces, and event partners to find the best available match.
Transparency at Every Step
Before you approve any purchase, you’ll receive:
- Clear photos or scans
- Honest condition notes
- Pricing details
- Any applicable sourcing fees
No surprises. No pressure. No hidden costs.
Sourcing Fees
If we locate a card for you outside of our inventory, a sourcing fee will apply based on the card’s market value. You’ll always see the cost upfront before making a decision.
Your Approval Comes First
We never purchase a card on your behalf without your explicit approval. You’re always in control.
Payment & Final Sale Policy
Once you approve a card, payment must be completed before delivery. All sourced items are final sale.
Condition & Authenticity
We evaluate raw cards using TCG Player's Card Condition Standards and rely on grading companies for slabbed cards. While we provide our best professional assessment, grading outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Third‑Party Sellers
We work only with trusted partners, but we cannot control third‑party delays, shipping issues, or market fluctuations.
Cancellations
You may cancel your request at any time before approving a purchase. We may also cancel a request if the card becomes unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Our Promise to You
Grant’s Gradables is a family‑run business built on integrity, transparency, and genuine love for the hobby. We treat every collector the way we’d want to be treated — with fairness, honesty, and respect.
If you ever have questions, concerns, or need help with your collecting journey, we’re here for you.
