Card Concierge Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Grant’s Gradables Card Concierge service (“Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service assists in locating collectible trading cards. Grant’s Gradables does not guarantee the availability, price, or condition of any item.

3. Fees and Payment

A sourcing fee may apply to items located through the Service.

  • All fees will be disclosed prior to purchase.

  • No purchase will be made without the customer’s explicit written approval.

  • Payment in full is required before shipment or delivery.

  • All approved purchases are final.

4. Market Conditions

Prices for trading cards fluctuate. Any pricing information provided for sourcing fees is based on the market price as of the mutually agreed-upon engagement date.  

5. Condition and Authenticity

Grant’s Gradables provides condition assessments in accordance with industry standards. These assessments are opinions and not guarantees of future grading outcomes. Graded cards rely on the grading company’s evaluation.

6. Third‑Party Sellers

The Service may involve purchasing from third‑party sellers. Grant’s Gradables is not responsible for delays, errors, misrepresentations, or other issues caused by third parties.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the card(s) requested. Grant’s Gradables is not liable for delays or errors resulting from inaccurate information.

8. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their request at any time before approving a purchase. Grant’s Gradables reserves the right to cancel a request for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability, market volatility, or suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Grant’s Gradables shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the sourced item.

10. Privacy

Customer information will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Service. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments

Grant’s Gradables may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
